Job Description


Sequence has been exclusively retained and is seeking a talented Office Land Survey Technician for one of the Bay Area's highest profile Survey and Engineering organizations. With a long operating history of work in the municipal, commercial and residential sectors our client is stable / growing and essentially has no turnover internally. This post was created due to expansion and retirement of a key employee; so the company is tasking us to find a strong and capable replacement who is seeking a long-term home.


> Draft Maps (Subdivision, Parcel, etc.)

> Create Legal Descriptions for property and easements

> Utilize coordinates for search and construction staking

> Undertake map, deed and other research

> Work with Engineering and Survey Crews to help develop budgets and other submittals

> Key is competency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

The key position, working directly under company survey leadership and ownership, would be charged with taking leadership of map drafting, survey project support and data / legal aspects of survey operations.


An experienced land survey technician or possibly a capable drafter / designer with survey aptitude or ability to do office survey work with AutoCAD.
