Sequence has been retained and is currently seeking two talented Construction Project Managers to run Tennant Improvement / Renovation and Capital Projects for one of the nation's largest casino owners and operators with facilities throughout the United States.

While in time there would be the opportunity to engage on the ground up construction and development undertakings, these positions are focused on existing hotel structures and casino / resort facilities. They might range from completely interior renovations and expansions of hotel rooms, entertainment floors and hospitality / restaurant facilities to more structural or infrastructure endeavors (HVAC, Electrical, etc.).

Beyond hands-on efforts, it would be useful to have owner's representation experience or at least be familiar with oversight efforts of subcontractors as often efforts are taken in conjunction with partners where activities need to be directed.

These positions are as a result of expansion efforts and a recent retirement. The organization often doesn't hire and works to avoid the up and down nature of feast and famine of work which can lead to a cycle of hiring and layoffs of personnel. So these are stable and long-term additions to the construction and development team. They are also ones that have potential to grow within the firm.

The ideal candidate would have between 3 to 7+ years of construction experience. I degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field is desired, but hands on experience and abilities will take precedence over classes room education. Key requisite is proven contraction management skill set and ability to undertake and manage projects, personnel and subcontractors though cradle to grave efforts. Previous casino, hotel, resort, entertainment, apartment and/or hospitality experience would be a plus to consideration.
